NSK Engineering's ON type filter press automatic filter press is a series of press filters that specializes in separating moromi and slurry into solid and liquid while preserving the original taste and aroma of the product.

The filter plate is made of PP resin or reinforced PVC resin and has a structure that does not use our unique adhesive, which is designed to prevent unnecessary flavoring and damage to the product during the pressing process. In addition, disassembly, repair, and cleaning can be easily carried out with just two screwdrivers, making it easy for customers living far away to keep their machines in perfect condition at all times.

• 〇Our unique pressing board structureThe structure does not use adhesive for the pressing plate and filter plate, which suppresses negative effects such as fragrance on the product. Additionally, since it can be disassembled, maintained and cleaned with just two screwdrivers, more hygienic machine management is possible.
  The diaphragm sheet uses EVA as standard to prevent any effects on the product.
  The filter cloth also uses a unique special double-woven filter cloth, achieving both excellent solid-liquid separation performance and good lees separation.
• 〇Inlet shape that prevents clogging even with hard moromi.
  As a countermeasure against clogging, which previously caused production stoppages, we offer a filter plate with a wide injection port.It enables stable pouring even into hard moromi, prevents clogging of the moromi, and enables smoother pouring.
• 〇Structure and options to reduce workload.
  Regarding the movement of the filter plate during lees removal, the semicircular holder shape prevents it from accidentally falling off.
  In addition, we have a lineup of optional equipment such as an automatic frame opening device to reduce the burden of moving filter plates, an automatic lees peeling device to reduce the burden of removing lees, and an automatic cleaning device to reduce the burden of cleaning.
• 〇Suitable for various production volumes
  The model range is from 1.2ℓ (270g of lees) to 5250ℓ (1250kg of lees) using the same mechanism, and we will make proposals according to the customer's usage situation.
  Even within the same model, by using an optional partition plate, it is possible to respond to changes in product volume and always produce under the best pressing conditions.
