The Dynamic Filter is a filter press precoat filtration machine, which is badge-type and can change the filtration area, filter media, and auxiliary agent in one machine, which is difficult to do with large automatic machines.
We have renewed the traditional iron frame with a stainless frame as standard.
With a structure that allows for changing the number of stages (filtration area) for each production and accommodating various thicknesses of filter media, one machine can handle switching production of a wide variety of products.

Product Features

• 〇The number of batches can be adjusted for each production.
  By moving the optional partition plate, the filtration area can be changed for each production. Reduces filter media waste.
• 〇Filter media of various thicknesses can be used
  By replacing the included spacer, it is possible to switch to filter media of various thicknesses such as thin filter paper, thick filter paper, and filter cloth. Easy structure to replace by just dropping it into the frame.
• 〇Reduce product loss
  There is no external leakage by using double seal packing. The structure allows for air blowing, making it possible to collect residual liquid.
• 〇 Stainless steel frame adopted (excluding hydraulic cylinder)
  Not only the wetted parts but also the frame are made of stainless steel SUS304 as standard. There is no need to worry about rust and you can keep it clean. SUS316 specification is also available as an option.
• 〇 Adoption of snap-in type packing (500 type, 800 type)
  In addition to the regular baked-on specification, we also have a snap-in type packing available. In addition to allowing the customer to replace the packing, it is also possible to remove and clean the packing after each production.
