COC's stainless steel ball bearing unit, 'Saniline,' is maintenance-free and requires no re-lubrication. It is the first in the country to obtain IP69K certification. With its unique locking structure OCCLOC, it does not damage the shaft and allows for clean-in-place (CIP) with a 12-millimeter gap from the machine, thanks to its standoff housing. The stainless steel safety cover, which reacts to metal detectors, can be easily attached and detached with one twist, and it meets the food hygiene requirements of the 'HACCP' standard.
