Awabreak has excellent antifoaming and defoaming functions. The Awabreak series includes various grades targeted to specific temperature ranges and applications. Awabreak can be expected to improve production efficiency by increasing filling speed, increasing line speed, improving yield, and preventing complaints about bottle explosions when opening. Awabreak removes any worries of decreased productivity due to foaming, contributing to improved profits and sustainability. Without requiring investment into new production equipment, Awabreak can improve production amount per hour, reduce man-hours, and reduce energy and time costs.
Product Features
- No particular restrictions on use in food ;
Awabreak, which utilizes a food-grade emulsifier as its active agent, has no particular restrictions on its use in food. Please use 100 ppm as a guide to start.
- Product labeling ;
As a food-grade emulsifier is used as the active agent, Awabreak may be labeled as “emulsifier”, but depending on its usage, it may be treated as a processing aid and be exempt from labeling.
- Effect longevity ;
Awabreak has excellent effect longevity and can maintain its antifoaming capacity for a long period of time. By adding it upstream in the manufacturing process, such as during ingredient mixing, it is expected that its antifoaming effects will still be active even in post-processes such as filling.
- Dispersibility ;
Awabreak has excellent dispersibility in water, make it extremely user-friendly.
- Silicone-free ;
Awabreak is complete free of silicones, which are common in other antifoamers
