■Superheated steam
Superheated steam is a colorless, transparent gas that is produced by boiling water and further heating it to a temperature of 100°C or higher. Naomoto's ``350 Steam DC Oven'' is a completely new cooking appliance that uses this superheated steam. By injecting superheated steam between 120°C and 400°C directly onto the food, the food is baked surprisingly quickly and the heat is evenly distributed, so almost no flavor or nutrition is lost.
