Tetra Recart® is a retortable carton package available in 6 different sizes from 100ml to 500ml. Suitable for containers for vegetables such as tomatoes and corn, and processed foods such as soups and sauces. After filling the contents, retort sterilization is performed and long-term storage of about 2 years is possible. The container opening has perforations so you can open it without using scissors. Since it is a carton package, it can be folded and disposed of after use, and it is environmentally friendly and can be recycled. Products are increasing in number around the world, especially in Europe and the United States, and are being adopted by many companies in Japan as well.

  • Wide range of size availability: 6 sizes available. 100ml, 200ml, 340ml, 390ml, 440ml, and 500ml. You can choose according to your needs.
  • Composition of packaging material: It has a six-layer structure to protect your precious products. Supports retort heating at a maximum temperature of 130°C, usually for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Highly rated by consumers: Consumer satisfaction with the product exceeds 95%, giving it a high rating. We have received positive feedback regarding the product's usability, including that the square shape makes it easy to store on a kitchen shelf, that it is easy to open by hand, and that it can be folded and disposed of after use.
  • Environmental performance: 70% of our packaging materials are made from paper, a renewable resource. The base paper is made from FSC-certified wood that meet forest management standards and other managed resources.
