Who should use it: Food manufacturers, including meat and fish processing, where organic contamination, bacteria and odors need to be removed; production from roasting and frying facilities where there is a need to clean high-temperature exhaust containing strong odors and fats. Exhaust purification and deodorization of restaurants, exhaust purification of baking facilities, roasting of coffee, flour, and malt with high odor pollution, grain roasters, etc.

Product Features

  • Plasma Air Purification: Plasma technology is based on purely physical principles and, like UVC/ozone technology, works without the need for chemicals. Plasma technology has been specifically developed and proven in the cooking industry to eliminate odors. Bacteria, viruses and spores are neutralized and solids and aerosols are separated in a pre-filter stage.
  • UV-Ozone Air Purification: Particularly in the frying process, grease-laden exhaust flows into the exhaust system, causing odor problems and "clogging" ventilation ducts. The Oxitec UV-Ozone system converts grease into a gaseous component. Odor nuisance is eliminated, and gas components can be further filtered or guided outside without deposits.
  • Ozone disinfection: Ozone removes 99.9% of bacteria in production plants, products, and packaging products. Ozone can be introduced directly via ozonated air or ozonated water, leaves no residue or toxic byproducts, and is approved by public authorities as a disinfectant. 
  • UV-C irradiation: The risk of contamination is particularly high in production rooms where people are present. Surfaces and indoor air are continuously disinfected by UV-C radiation, and even mold spores are permanently inactivated. This procedure is safe for humans and animals. In livestock farming, infection can be prevented.
  • Ozone flotation: Water that is heavily contaminated with organic matter can be purified more easily by introducing ozone to react with the organic components. Mud is formed, which rises to the surface of the water and can be easily removed from there by scooping.
