Product Features
- The machine can be used separately for each process of buckwheat noodle making. This means that you can use the machine to make the dough, and then demonstrate the stretching and cutting process in front of your customers.
- The “Maihime Plus,” a mixer specially designed for buckwheat noodles, is a mixer machine that evenly adds water to buckwheat flour and reproduces the water turning process of a craftsman. The “complexly shaped blades” and “dodecagonal body” are designed in pursuit of the exquisite force required by craftsmen. The water-containing buckwheat flour is kneaded by the force of the unevenness of the body, the blades, and the buckwheat flour's own weight, and the dough, the basis of delicious soba noodles, is completed through the principle of agitation and zozeitate.
- Daiwa is the first company in the world to mechanize the process of kneading buckwheat noodles. The process of kneading buckwheat noodles and removing air from the dough (Kiku-neeri) requires a lot of strength and is physically demanding on the craftsman. However, it is necessary to knead the dough sufficiently in order to produce soba noodles that do not tear easily. The “Kikujirou” kneading machine reproduces the process of Kiku-neri by craftsmen, so that the dough is kneaded well by the power of the machine. In addition, problems caused by unevenness of work by each person can be solved by using “Kikujirou”.
- The Bando Taro Plus is extremely compact, measuring 1,150 mm wide by 878 mm deep. Including the work space, it is possible to make jyuwari soba with only two tatami mats.
The height is 1,337mm (about 1.3m). The height is 1,337mm (about 1.3m), which allows work to be done at the waist level of a person, making it easy for women and part-timers to work with it. - An all-stainless steel frame is used to ensure durability for long use. The cutter part, which is responsible for cutting the buckwheat noodle, uses a highly durable bearing drive. The machine has been thoroughly researched to find out what causes breakdowns, and has matured through repeated improvements and modifications.
