Overview of Products, Technologies, and Services
The small, compact design automates the complex process of ramen noodle making, which requires both manpower and time, and greatly increases productivity. It can also be installed as additional equipment for those who are already using a roll machine. This small multifunctional machine is easy to scale as a first step toward a compact central kitchen.
Product Features
- Set the noodle dough from the input port. A low-position push-in device around the waist automatically feeds the noodle dough through the rolls. The remaining dough capacity can be easily seen. Safety grid installation prevents accidents involving hands.
- Rough noodle strips are perfectly stacked into two sheets on the conveyor and fed to the rolling rolls. The matching process, which conventionally required manual operation, is performed automatically by the multifunction machine.
- When compounding coarse noodle strips, the dough is automatically fed to the rolling rolls. Since the dough flows naturally from the conveyor, there is no need for manual intervention, and the process between dough feeding and noodle strip rolling after compounding is automated.
- A “sagging control method” is employed to feed two coarse noodle strips stably into the rolling rolls. Three sensors detect sagging of the rough noodle strips and automatically control it. This system tautens the coarse noodle strip moderately to produce a clean and even noodle strip. The speed is controlled by an inverter, making speed adjustment easy.
