The push-out CIP nozzle is a specially designed cleaning nozzle that provides excellent cleaning results.
When not cleaning, the nozzle head is flush with the inner wall of the equipment to prevent process disturbance and product contamination. When cleaning, the nozzle head pops out and sprays cleaning solution evenly while the rotary disperser rotates.

- 【Standard type : short/long】
In the standard type CIP nozzle, the nozzle head pops out and starts spraying cleaning solution when automatic cleaning starts and hydraulic pressure is applied.
When cleaning is finished, the nozzle automatically retracts to its original position.
- 【Actuator-attached type : short/long】
In the CIP nozzle with attached actuator, when automatic cleaning is started, cleaning solution is injected into the nozzle and the actuator pushes the nozzle head out to start spraying the cleaning solution.
When automatic cleaning is finished, the actuator retracts the nozzle to its original position.
