The 3DFreezer® provides innovative refrigeration and cooling solutions to meet the challenges of the food industry. The key technology is the patented ACVCS® (Anti Cycle Vibration Cold System), a high humidity cold air system. This system not only combines cooling and freezing functions, but also cools and freezes evenly and protects against drying by applying airflow in three dimensions. It also makes it possible to freeze hot food as it is, thus maximizing food quality and solving various problems at the same time.

  • 【3DFreezer Features】
    In freeze mode, 3D freezing is performed all at once up to the set temperature or core temperature. The high-humidity 3D cold air freezes the nutrients and flavorful moisture in the food as it is. Even when thawing fresh fish or meat, drips are minimized. Cakes and Japanese-style confectionery, which are susceptible to deterioration due to starch glue, can also be frozen freshly prepared. Furthermore, by setting the wind speed to "low," food products that are easily affected by wind can be frozen without losing their shape. Foods that were previously considered impossible to freeze can be quickly frozen while maintaining their quality.

    In Hard Chill mode, even hot foods ready for cooking are quickly cooled through the danger zone to the set temperature or core temperature by 3D cold air at -20°C, which is lower than Soft Chill mode.
    This cooling mode is for foods that are difficult to freeze, such as meat and fish dishes, fried foods, and root vegetables.
    In Soft Chill mode, 3D cold air quickly passes through the dangerous temperature zone where pathogens can easily grow, and rapidly cools food down to 3°C (37°F) without freezing.
    This cooling mode is suitable for foods that freeze easily, such as vegetables, desserts, prepared foods, and noodles.

    The 1-door model comes standard with a French top (400 mm wide x 600 mm deep) x 8 tray racks. 1/1 hotel pan is also available as standard.
