Higashimoto Kikai's "Powder Mixer" revolutionizes the pickle manufacturing process by combining:

A powerful shear pump
A rotary pump that enables stable liquid delivery even under vacuum conditions.
Combining it with a vacuum tank reduces bubbles generated during circulation in the pickle.

Designing a pickle manufacturing system primarily using the Powder Mixer is also possible.

We propose a safe and sanitary circuit that prevents contamination through automatic cleaning with the optional C.I.P. cleaning system.
