Stainless steel is used for all exterior metal parts, including the main roll, belt drive roll, frame, and safety guard, eliminating the risk of foreign matter contamination due to peeling of paint or plating.
In addition, as a measure to improve hygiene, measures have been taken to areas that previously had large gaps or were not covered, such as the sliding part of the upper roll and the bottom of the machine, to prevent powder and dough from entering the inside of the machine. This greatly reduces the risk of pests and bad odors caused by powder buildup inside the machine.

• Controlled by an inverter, the speed of the roll and left and right belts can be adjusted individually to your desired speed.
  Two speed patterns can be memorized and can be changed instantly with the touch of a button, so it can be used when you want to finish the fabric thinly and only pass it through slowly at the end, or when feeding the fabric to another machine such as a cutter machine.
• When cleaning, "clean mode" operation is possible, and the upper and lower rolls can rotate at extremely low speed only while the safety guard is raised and the button is pressed.
  This operation avoids accidents during cleaning, which increases safety and allows for quick roll cleaning.
• There is an open space at the bottom of the machine, increasing storage capacity. It's all stainless steel, so it's safe from a sanitary standpoint.
  Additionally, the weight of the machine is significantly lighter than previous models, making it easier to move it around after use.
  The rolls that rotate the belt are also lighter, making it easier and safer to handle when folding the table.
  Reducing the weight of the drive system rollers increases the power of the product, saves energy, and also contributes to reducing operating noise when switching left and right and reducing deterioration over time.
• We have also taken safety measures into consideration, such as installing a guard on the roll at the end of the belt and devising measures to prevent your hands from getting caught in the metal fittings that hold the table when folding it.
  Both the top and bottom scrapers that scrape the dough from the roll can be easily attached and removed without any tools, making cleaning easier.
  We have a regular table length and a short type that is approximately 15 cm shorter, and you can choose from four types of captains to suit your layout, with left and right combinations available at no additional charge.
• In addition, it is possible to select the upward or downward direction of the handle, reset the thickness adjustment, lock it out when you do not want it to be used, and easily adjust the chain. This is a model that is easy for everyone to use.
