The MTS series can be used in a wide range of applications, from food to the environment, and can be used for a wide variety of juice extraction and dehydration applications.

Product Features

  • Since MTS series are screw type, continuous operation is possible.
  • The wetted parts of the MTS series are made of SUS304 and are hygienic.
  • Most MTS series are easy to disassemble and easy to clean. Also, CIP cleaning is possible by connecting with a pump.
  • The MTS series achieve efficient compression, resulting in the highest yield rate among screw presses.
  • Many of the MTS series use a special 100 micron filter, so the filtrate can be treated with a small amount of residual solid content. (A variety of filter hole diameters are available.)
