Multi-purpose slicer capable of slicing a wide range of foodstuffs, including confectionery, Japanese sweets, sponge cakes with paper, roll cakes, sushi and frozen foods.
The LCD touch panel provides excellent ease of operation and can be set to suit each product, with 40 types. Cutting start position can be easily set with the positioning laser.
Original 3-blade blade for fine cutting surfaces. Can also cut frozen chilled products by changing blades.
In addition to the gap mode, which creates a gap in the cut product, an irregular dimension mode, which changes the cut size one cut at a time, is newly equipped.
