This is a surface rubber heater made of silicone rubber and as thin as 1.5 mm in thickness.

Flexible surface heating element made of glass cloth calendered sheet, which is not found in metal heaters.
It can be designed in any shape, and is available in any order, including perforated, rounded, and detachable types.
With excellent thermal response and soft material.
Despite being a heater, it fits just right to any object.
Of course, it can be manufactured from a single piece.

Prevention of temperature drops in pipes and tanks, prevention of condensation due to temperature differences, prevention of solidification of oil, etc.

Product Features

  • [High durability]
    Silicone rubber heaters can be used continuously at 200°C (or 260°C) for a long life.
    Although silicone rubber heaters are heat-resistant and electrically insulating, they do not have a self-temperature control function, so be sure to control the temperature of the heater when using high power density.
    We recommend the digital temperature controller "monoOne® series".

    We do not charge for design or molds.
    Silicone rubber heaters were developed by NASA in the U.S. around 1965, and are now used in all industries in Japan as precision heater parts or for equipment.
    We can manufacture silicone rubber heaters in a short period of time, even if you order from a single piece, by using a special manufacturing process.

    We can produce free-form designs that integrate with the required technology.
    With simple illustrations, cartoons, or drawings, we can design products in accordance with the shape of the object to be heated, such as circular, irregularly shaped, or perforated.
    We can design for various voltages from several V to 240 V.
  • [Basic Structure]
    The resistive element is placed between the upper and lower two silicone rubber sheets, and after removing the internal air, it is compressed and pressed into a thin sheet-like integrated structure.
  • [Suggested installation method]
    Silicone heat-resistant adhesive 100g tube
    Apply the adhesive specially designed for silicone rubber heaters to the silicone rubber heater and adhere it to the object to be heated.
    Double-sided adhesive tape process (heat resistant to 100°C or 200°C)
    Double-sided tape is attached to the back of the silicone rubber heater and adhered to the object to be heated.
    (It is not possible for the customer to apply the double-sided tape.)
