Overview of Products, Technologies, and Services

This technology actively deactivates airborne microorganisms and microorganisms on the surface of objects by filling the space with ionized hydrogen peroxide (iHP) produced by EMT, thereby maintaining a clean environment.
Since it can be operated at a hydrogen peroxide concentration that can be used in a manned environment, it can be operated safely 24 hours a day, even in environments where workers are present. Safety has also been verified in cooperation with Tokyo Metropolitan University.
In food manufacturing sites, it has a proven in reducing microbial contamination of products and preventing contamination in cell rooms and culture rooms.

    At the Atlanta Aerial Microbiology Laboratory, we verified the deactivation effect on object surfaces in a space volume of 35 m^3, which is similar to an actual office space, and confirmed its effectiveness against black mold, blue mold, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, etc. We are checking. In Japan, it has also been confirmed to be effective in suppressing the growth of bacteria in fermented food production factories and reducing the spread of powdery mildew in hydroponic cultivation facilities.

    The hydrogen peroxide plasma produced by EMT is odorless and also deactivates chemicals in the space that cause odors. This not only reduces the risk of microbial contamination, but also contributes to improving the working environment.
