This equipment uses a temperature range of 70°C to 130°C (adjusted according to the characteristics of the food) and performs the frying process in a vacuum area, instead of frying at around 180°C as is done in the general frying process.
The rotating mechanism that removes oil at high speed in a unique vacuum region produces healthy vacuum-fried products with low oil content.
New options include an “oil filtration device'' that filters oil while preventing oxidation in a vacuum, and “CIP cleaning compatibility'' for handling allergens during multi-product processing.

Slicer with Automatic Packer "MEAT PACKER KP-150"

●Device that slices pork and other meat offcuts together and automatically serves them on trays.
●Pressure is applied to the supplied offcuts to eliminate gaps and quantify the amount of meat cut out at one time.
Produce tray-served products of desired weight by setting the number of cutouts.
●The end of the conveyor is automatically moved back and forth to evenly serve the meat on the tray.
●Automation of the serving process has realized significant labor savings (equivalent to three to four workers) in the factory. It also contributes to food safety and security.
