・フレコンを回転することで切断箇所最小限で固定し、切断時の粉体飛散対策が施工しやすい機器構成としました。
・フレコン表面の凹凸に回転刃の侵入深さを一定に保つ倣い動作を行い、確実な切断と刃物負荷を軽減し研磨寿命に貢献できます。
・本機専用回転刃を採用し、切断時の異物混入リスクを軽減します。
・手動仕様と自動仕様と幅広いニーズに対応が可能です。

フレコンからの原料抜取にお困りの方、必見です！

• フレコン下部開口作業を無くすことで、作業者が安全に原料を抜き取れます。
  (By eliminating the need to open the bottom of the flexible container, workers can safely remove raw materials.)
• フレコンの凹凸面に刃物を倣って（ならって）切断するので、確実に原料を抜き取れます。
  (The cutter follows the uneven surface of the flexible container to cut, ensuring that the raw material is removed.)
• 異物混入リスク軽減と研磨寿命を考慮した専用回転刃を採用。
  (A special rotary blade is used to reduce the risk of foreign matter contamination and to extend the polishing life.)
• エアー供給のみの手動仕様から一連動作の自動仕様と幅広いニーズに対応が可能です。
  (We can respond to a wide range of needs, from manual specifications that only supply air to automatic specifications that perform a series of operations.)
